- Design and estimate. We visit your property (or start with a free phone or virtual call), design your space and give you a detailed proposal.
- Apply online. Use our Lyon Financial application link so your application is connected to Hole In One Lawns. A Lyon specialist will walk you through your options.
- Approval and loan documents. Once you're approved and your contract is in place, Lyon sends your loan documents and then a "Clear to Start" notice to you and to us.
- We build. Lyon releases funds to us in stages as the work is completed, and you start enjoying your new outdoor space.

No. Lyon Financial's home improvement loans do not require home equity.*
How much can I borrow, and for how long?
Loans range from about $5,000 to $200,000, with terms up to 20 years for home improvement projects and up to 30 years for pools. Your actual amount, rate and term depend on your credit profile and the lender.*
Can I pay my loan off early?
Yes. Lyon Financial loans have no prepayment penalties.*
Is financing only for pools?
No. You can finance decks, patios, outdoor kitchens, turf, landscaping, fences, courts and more.
