What Our Maintenance Covers
- Seasonal cleanups: spring and fall cleanups, leaf and debris removal from beds and fence lines, and haul-off.
- Tree trimming: raising limbs off roofs, walkways and driveways (we keep branches about 8 ft above sidewalks), thinning and shaping small and mid-size trees.
- Shrub and hedge pruning: clean, shaped shrubs, and ornamental grasses cut back at the right time of year.
- Bed care: hand weeding, weed control in rock and mulch beds, mulch and rock refreshes, and crisp bed edges.
- Seasonal lawn treatments: spring, summer, fall and winterizer programs for Bermuda, St. Augustine and Zoysia, including pre-emergent and broadleaf and nutsedge control.
- Turf and lawn care: mowing, string trimming, edging and blow-off as part of a full-property plan.
- Irrigation checks: we run the zones and look for broken heads and leaks. Repairs are handled by our licensed irrigator.
- Holiday lighting: seasonal Christmas light installation for maintenance customers.
