What Is Included in an Outdoor Kitchen Price
- Block or framed base, stone or split-face veneer, and Level 1 granite countertop (Level 2 granite is an upgrade).

- A detailed line-item breakdown so you see exactly what is included.
- Appliances are not included. You buy your grill and appliances from an outdoor BBQ retailer, who carries the appliance warranty, and we build them in.
How We Build It
- Design. We place the kitchen, fire feature and seating in your 3D design so traffic flow, smoke direction and views work.
- Base. We set the kitchen on a level, compacted base or footing, or frame and brace it on a deck.
- Structure and utilities. The island is built, and electrical, gas and water are roughed in.
- Stone and granite. Veneer and countertops are installed and sealed.
- Appliances and finish. Appliances are set, lighting is wired, and we walk you through everything.

- Level 2 granite upgrade: about $800.
- Built-in bar seating: from $65 per square foot.
- Fire pits and fireplaces are quoted by size, stone and fuel type after a free assessment.

- 2-year workmanship warranty on the hardscape we build: pavers, retaining walls, steps, borders, decks and pergolas.
- Financing: low monthly payment options through Lyon Financial, and 0% interest for 15 months through GreenSky, for qualified buyers.
- 10% off for military, veterans and first responders.
- Payment schedule: 10% down, 60% when the crew starts, 30% at completion. No surprise fees.

Planning an Outdoor Kitchen in San Antonio
